RULES of the CAMPAIGN COOL AIRPORT SUMMER
 
PART 1. ORGANIZER OF THE CAMPAIGN AND OFFICIAL RULES
The summer campaign at Varna airport and Burgas airport called Cool Airport Summer (hereinafter referred to as "the Campaign") is organized and conducted by Fraport Twin Star Airport Management AD, UIC 148045472, having its head office and registered address at Varna airport, 9000 Varna ("Campaign Organizer").
By participating in this Campaign, all participants agree to comply with the terms, conditions and provisions of the official rules of the Campaign (hereinafter referred to as “Official Rules”), which will be made public in the course of the Campaign on www.varna-airport.bg and www.burgas-airport.bg.
The organizer of the Campaign reserves the right to supplement or amend the Official Rules at any time. The amendments take effect on the day they are made public, unless a specific case requires otherwise.   
 
PART 2. PLACE OF THE CAMPAIGN AND PARTICIPATION RIGHT
This campaign is organized and conducted at the following commercial premises located at terminal 2 of Varna airport and terminal 2 of Burgas airport: Nuance BG AD shops (include all Duty Free & Duty Paid retail shops and the Bulgarian Bazaar), Coffee Life Ltd. (Costa coffee), L S Travel Retail Bulgaria EOOD (Sky bar), Gingers EOOD (Ginger café), Stoychev i sinove Ltd. (Puma outlet).
Individuals who are 18 years of age or older on the date of the purchase have right to participate in the Campaign.
Employees of the organizer, employees of Nuance BG AD, Coffee Life Ltd.L S Travel Retail Bulgaria EOOD, Gingers EOOD, Stoychev i sinove Ltd., as well as members of their families have no rights to participate in the Campaign.
 
PART 3. DURATION OF THE CAMPAIGN
The Campaign is organized within the following period of time:
1. 23.06.2017– 30.09.2017 inclusive or until the scratchcards’ and coupons’ stocks last at the Nuance BG AD retail shops (include all Duty Free & Duty Paid shops and the Bulgarian Bazaar) at both airports.
2. 01.07.2017– 31.08.2017 inclusive or until the scratchcards’ stocks last at the shops of Coffee Life Ltd. (Costa coffee), L S Travel Retail Bulgaria EOOD (Sky bar), Gingers EOOD (Ginger café), Stoychev i sinove Ltd. (Puma outlet) at both airports.
 
PART 4. PARTICIPATING TRADEMARKS AND PRODUCTS
All trademarks and products included in the assortment of the campaign commercial premises participate in the Campaign (hereinafter referred to as „Products participating in the Campaign”). A minimum purchase amount of the total buy as stipulated under Part 5 is required to participate in the Campaign, with no requirement for a specific purchased product/ trademark.
 
 
PART 5. MECHANISM OF THE CAMPAIGN; PROCEDURE OF CLAIMING, VALIDATING AND   COLLECTING THE PRIZES
It’s a purchase-necessary Campaign in two stages:
 
Stage I. Campaign of instant win (winning moment) prizes – all participating commercial premises are eligible
1. If a customer buys a product or products included in the Campaign at a minimum amount of at least:
А) € 60 (sixty euros) or their equivalent in the currency the payment has been madeat the Nuance BG AD shops (include all Duty Free & Duty Paid retail shops and the Bulgarian Bazaar), the same wins a scratchcard, which might win one of the prizes of the shops included in the Campaign. For each purchase of € 60 the customer wins 1 /one/ scratchcard, but not more than 3 /three/ scratchcards per a minimum amount or as follows: for a purchase from € 60 up to € 111,99 – 1 /one/ scratchcard, a purchase from € 120 up to € 179,99 – 2 /two/ scratchcards, for a purchase of and over € 180 – 3 /three/ scratchcards. 
B) BGN 25 (twenty five leva) or their equivalent in the currency the payment has been madeat the Coffee Life Ltd. (Costa coffee), the same wins a scratchcard, which might win one of the prizes provided for in the respective shop.
C) € 7,50 (seven euros and fifty cents) or their equivalent in the currency the payment has been madeat theL S Travel Retail Bulgaria EOOD (Sky bar), the same wins a scratchcard, which might win one of the prizes provided for in the respective shop.
D) BGN 15 (fifteen leva) at the Gingers EOOD coffee shop (Ginger cafe), the same wins a scratchcard, which might win one of the prizes provided for in the respective shop.
E) € 120 (one hundred and twenty euros) or their equivalent in the currency the payment has been madeat the Stoychev i sinove Ltd. (Puma outlet), the same wins a scratchcard, which might win one of the prizes provided for in the respective shop.
2. Each customer draws a scratchcard randomly.
3. If a customer has drawn a winning scratchcard, they can collect the prize in the winning moment from the staff of the respective commercial premises.
4. The purchase is certified via receipt, which duplicate is retained together with the winning scratchcard to prove a prize collected by a customer.
5. With one presented receipt corresponding to the terms and conditions of item 1, part 1, the customer   wins one, two or three scratchcards depending on the mechanism under item 1, part 1.
6. A customer can participate as many times as they wish, but every time they must present a new receipt, which hasn’t been presented and which certifies a purchase according to the terms and conditions under item.1, part I.
7. Each participant may win only one prize from one scratchcard.
8. Scratchcards and prizes from the scratchcards cannot be replacedswapped for their BGN equivalent.
 
Part II. Raffle Campaign – covers only the Nuance BG AD retail shops (include all Duty Free & Duty Paid shops and the Bulgarian Bazaar)
1. All non-winning scratchcards are eligible to participate in the raffle to win the moped Vespa, model Primavera, modification: 50 2T, engine: petrol, engine capacity: 49 cm3, power: 4.3 hp. (1 moped for Varna Airport and 1 for Bourgas Airport).
2. The participation coupon (the back of the scratch card) is filled in by the customer and is inserted in a box at the designated locations in the retail shops.
3. The winner of the Vespa moped raffle, together with 3 airport reserve winners, will be drawn on 05.10.2017 in the office of Nuance BG AD at Varna Airport and Bourgas Airport in a committee of representatives of Nuance BG AD and Fraport Twin Star Airport Management AD.
4. The winners will be notified by the organizer by phone and/or email within 5 (five) business days after the date of the draw.
5. In case the winning participant cannot be reached on the phone and/ or by email specified by him/her due to incorrect or untrue data specified by him/her or other reasons beyond the organizer, the winner is considered to be the first withdrawn reserve winner. If he/she cannot be reached, the winner will be considered as the second draw, and so on.
6. Providing the prizes, organizing and the costs of delivering the prizes to the specified address by the customer are at the expense of Nuance BG AD.
7. Transferring ownership of the prizes will be done through a tripartite contract for the transfer of ownership between Nuance BG AD, Auto Italia and the winner.
8. The prize will be delivered by a courier service or transport company provided by Nuance BG at their expense within 60 calendar days of signing the tripartite agreement for transferring the right of ownership to the winner.
9. Pursuant to Art. 12 and Art. 35 of the Income Taxes on Natural Persons Act, in conjunction with Art. 13 para. 1, item 21 of the same, the prizes with a value of over BGN 30 represent taxable income for the natural persons at the date of receipt of the prizes, which income is taxed with 10% tax on the market value of the prize. In this regard, any natural person, a citizen of the Republic of Bulgaria, shall declare the taxable income acquired with an annual tax return under Art. 50 of the Income Taxes on Natural Persons Act until April, 30th of the next succeeding year, and to pay the due tax within the same period. An official note under Art. 45, para. 7 of the Income Taxes on Natural Persons Act issued by Fraport Twin Star Airport Management AD shall be attached to the annual tax return, and for Vespa moped awards the same will be issued by Nuance BG AD. In conjunction with Art. 73 Fraport Twin Star Airport Management AD, respectively Nuance BG AD, shall submit information to the National Revenue Agency on the paid taxable income of natural persons, Bulgarian citizens.

PART 7. RESPONSIBILITY/ LIABILITY
The Organizer is not responsible for any changes to the dates and locations of the Campaign upon changes by the respective commercial operators.
The Organizer is not responsible in case of failure to contact a winning participant on the phone and/ or by email given by the latter. The Organizer is not responsible if a prize is not delivered due to inaccurate or incomplete names, address, contact number or e-mail provided by the participant.
The cost of the products participating in the Campaign is determined by the respective commercial unit.
The Organizer does not assume warranty responsibility for the big prizes, as such is provided (if applicable) under the terms and conditions of their manufacturers/distributors.
The Organizer is not liable for delay of delivery or inability to receive and use the prize due to local public holidays, delay of courier service providers or other circumstances that are not dependent on the Organizer's will and which impede the use of the prize.
Participants who do not comply with the Rules will be disqualified without further notice. The Organizer reserves the right to remove any content deemed inappropriate and irrelevant, incompatible with the campaign, offensive, discriminatory, or contrary to good manners. In such cases, the Organizer's decision shall be final and not subject to further discussion.
The Organizer is not liable for any loss and/or damages suffered by the participant and/or third party as a result of a false identity provided by the participant. Participants who use a fake identity in the campaign and/or violate the campaign's mechanism in any way will be disqualified without further notice and lose the right to a winning prize if they were entitled to one.
 
PART 8. TERMINATION OF THE CAMPAIGN
The Organizer has the irrevocable right to change the Campaign's rules and terminate the Campaign at any time by declaring this in accordance with Part 1 in the event of material abuse, breach of rules or force majeure. In these cases, no compensation is due to the participants and no return of products or refund is allowed.
 
PART 9. DISPUTES
Any disputes arising between the Organizer and the Participants to this Campaign will be amicably settled or, if this is not possible, the disputes will be settled by the competent authorities.Invalidity or inapplicability of any provision of these Rules shall not affect the validity or applicability of other provisions. The nullity of individual provisions does not imply nullity of the Rules of the Campaign when they are legally replaced by the imperative rules of the law. The applicable legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria shall apply to the content of these Rules and the conduct of the Campaign.
 
PART 10. PUBLICITY AND PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
By participating in this Campaign, participants confirm that they are familiar and agree with these Rules. For questions relating to the processing of personal data not covered by these Rules, the provisions of the Law for the Protection of Personal Data shall apply.
On the basis of the foregoing and on the basis of Art. 4, para. 1, item 2 of the Law for the Protection of Personal Data, by participating in this Campaign each participant declares that he/she: (i) has read, is familiar with and agrees with these Rules, (ii) is familiar with the purposes, nature and conditions of the provision and processing of his or her personal data (name and surname, email address (if provided) and address) and accepts them (Ii) voluntarily provides his/her personal data (name and surname, email address, telephone number (if provided) and address), (Iii) is familiar with the category of recipients of his or her personal data, and (iv) expresses his / her explicit, voluntary and informed consent, his or her personal data (name and surname, e-mail address, telephone number (if provided) and address) be processed by Fraport Twin Star Airport Management AD for the purposes of the Campaign, and (v) expressly and voluntarily agrees his/her name and surname be published on the official website of Varna Airport and Burgas Airport.
Prize winners agree that their names and pictures may be used by the Organizer in audio, video, and print materials for which no payment is due by the Organizer to the winner.
The name of a winning participant and photos of the prize award could be (but not necessarily) published on the websites and on the facebook pages of the two airports and of the commercial operators participating in the Campaign.
By filling in the raffle coupon, each participant gives his/her consent to and voluntarily provides the Organizer and its partner Nuance BG AD with their personal data (name, e-mail, telephone, prize delivery address) for participation in this Campaign, contacting winners and prize delivery.

 

The General Conditions of this Campaign are drawn up in Bulgarian language and their English translation is provided. In case of any discrepancy between the Bulgarian text and its English translation, the Bulgarian text shall prevail.
